The elevator regulation in the official gazette is as follows:
Article 24 "In order to keep each elevator under control, there must be a written contract between the buyer and the company which will provide maintenance and repair services. This can be the provider of the elevator or a third-party company. However, within the warranty period, the maintenance must be carried out by the provider company”. All technical staff is trained for every innovation. Our goal is to deliver elevators that require only regular periodical maintenance (such as lubrication, regular wearing of the particles, damages due to usage).
